Job Description

The role holder will be expected to joın synthesizing micro and nanoparticles experiment and to get experience in project stages such as microfluidic chip fabrication. He/she will also be allowed to monitor cell culture experiments. The successful candidate will be a scholar at TUBITAK 1001 project.

Location: Ankara

Working Pattern: Part time

Salary : Tubitak scholar stipend (possible increase)

Contract Type Fixed-term (18 months)

Working Type: On-site (> 80% of working time)

Qualifications:  The candidate should be a 3rd grade and above in the undergraduate program (chemical engineering, bioengineering, mechanical engineering, material science and engineering, physics, chemistry, biology department student) of a higher education institution established in Turkey and not working in any institution/organization. Based on the university’s grading system, the weighted general grades of previous years, excluding preparatory GPA, must be at least 2.5 out of 4 or 65 out of 100 in the department or be in the top 20% of the weighted GPA of previous years, excluding the preparatory class to have been entered. If the student fails the class, his/her scholarship is terminated.

Job Description

The role holder will give an effort in mold design, platform production, micro-patterned plate production, microfluidic chip design and production, micro/nanoparticle synthesis. She/he will be expected to learn cell culture techniques. The successful candidate will be a scholar at TUBITAK 1001 project.

Location: Ankara

Working Pattern: Full time

Salary :TUBITAK stipend/month (possible increase)

Contract Type Fixed-term (24 months) 

Working Type: On-site (> 80% of working time)

Qualifications:  The candidate should be

in the master of science graduate program (chemical engineering, bioengineering, mechanical engineering, material science and engineering, physics, chemistry, biology department or any related program student ) of a higher education institution established in Turkey and under 30 years old. Based on the university’s grading system, the weighted general grades of previous years, excluding preparatory GPA, must be at least 3 out of 4 or 75 out of 100 in the department or be in the top 20% of the weighted GPA of previous years, excluding the preparatory class to have been entered.

Qualifications:  The candidate should have a PhD (chemical engineering, bioengineering, mechanical engineering, material science and engineering, physics, chemistry, biology department or any related programs ).  Having experience of cell culturing methods, assays and nanoparticles synthesis.
